Research Background
We are looking for participants to join our research study to help us understand how traumatic experiences affect the brain and how the brain recovers when symptoms improve.

Research shows that exposure to traumatic events may physically change the brain. Researchers at UT Health, San Antonio, want to examine how psychotherapy (a very common form of talk therapy) may lead to positive changes in the brain of teens with a history of trauma.

Participants will receive compensation, no-cost therapy, and a picture of their brain. Further research and join our research study today!
