Our research team is testing a six-week digital therapy intervention aimed at improving insomnia. Quality sleep plays an essential role in a person's overall health. However, not getting the sleep you need can take a severe toll on both your physical and mental well-being. Unfortunately, more than a third of adults in the US don't get enough sleep on a regular basis, and 6-10% meet the criteria for insomnia disorder. The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a six-week digital program designed to reduce symptoms of insomnia. If you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete six at-home insomnia therapy sessions, fill out a sleep diary, and answer surveys after completing each session.
