About this research study:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the immune response to COVID-19 vaccination and outcomes in individuals with and without immune deficiencies.
Currently, people with immune disorders fall outside of guidance for the COVID-19 vaccination, as they are typically excluded from vaccine trials.
This study evaluates the immune response to COVID-19 vaccination and any vaccine-associated adverse events that may be experienced in individuals with different immune disorders.

Additional Information
This study is investigating how your body's immune system will respond to COVID-19 vaccination. Researchers will be looking at all vaccine-associated dysregulations that may be experienced in individuals with different immune systems after receiving the vaccines.
Inclusion criteria:
- You are age 3 or older
- You do not have HIV
- You are willing to provide blood samples
- You are willing to allow the NIH to store your research sample
Blood samples will be taken prior to your next vaccination if possible, and then 1 and 6 months after each vaccine dose.
Participants may also submit saliva samples every other week for 6 months to test for COVID-19 after vaccination.
The study can be completed remotely, and at-home blood collection kits and saliva sample kits can be mailed to you.
Individuals can still participate if they have started or completed vaccination; sampling will begin at the next relevant timepoint.

Compensation will be dependent on the sample collections and study visits that a subject participates in.
There is no cost for you to participate in the study.
