About this research study:
Researchers are evaluating how improving sleeping, eating, and activity habits improve overall health and weight gain in your children.
Children in this country are not getting enough sleep. They are also eating too many snack foods and sugary drinks, watching too much TV, and not being as physically active as parents would like them to be. Developing healthy sleep, eating and activity habits in childhood can help children get a healthy start in life.

The objective of this study is to understand whether improving children's sleep, eating habits, and activity behaviors improve overall health. By joining this study, parents may learn how to improve their child's health habits.
