About this research study:
Partner with University of Pennsylvania researchers as they assess how restricting your smoking for short periods of time (24 hours) affects your performance of special tasks.
Research shows that individuals living with HIV lose a greater number of years of potential life to smoking rather than what they may with just having HIV. Quitting smoking may be one of the best health benefits a person living with HIV can get.

If enrolled in this study, you may benefit from the knowledge that you are contributing to the advancement of the treatment for smoking cessation. Take the step towards a smoke-free life and receive no-cost smoking cessation counseling and nicotine patches which can help you make a successful quit attempt.
